next to each book, which adds it to the cart, then you can view your cart and make
changes by clicking the "view cart" button.
For orders outside continental US, add the shipping costs as listed below. Use the "Special Orders/Postage button" at bottom of "Book List Page" to make your payment. Thank you!
ORDERING BY POST: Send check or money order for the order total to our P.O. box.
POSTAGE: the suggested donation prices include shipping for continental USA; add 15% for Canada/Mexico, add 40% for Airmail to Europe or 10% for Surface, add 50% for Airmail to other overseas locations, or 15% for Surface.
